Meditation is a wonderful way to calm yourself. A regular meditation practice can help you to manage stress and reduce anxiety.
If you’re new to it you’ll probably find it helpful to follow a guided meditation at first. With practice you’ll find that you can meditate without guidance, and you can then decide each day which method you’d like to follow.
I run a monthly group meditation evening on Zoom, on the last Thursday of each month.
